Jesus Has You Stress Free

Romans 8:1, NASB
1Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

With the arrival of Jesus, the Messiah, that fateful dilemma is resolved. Those who enter into Christ’s being-here-for-us no longer have to live under a continuous, low-lying black cloud. A new power is in operation. The Spirit of life in Christ, like a strong wind, has magnificently cleared the air, freeing you from a fated lifetime of brutal tyranny at the hands of sin and death. (Romans 8:1-2 MSG)

The effects of job stress , teen stress, or any other causes of stress can make you sick. It has been learned that stress and disease can actually change the shape of our blood cells. Normal healthy cells are round and smooth and shapely. Stressed cells are somewhat distorted in shape and look curled. The stressed cells don’t function as well as the healthy cells. God’s Word tells us what causes this stress in our lives; condemnation, which is the root cause of stress.

Personal Stress Eliminated

The main cause of stress is fear. Fear of death, fear of failure, fear of lack of finances, fear of bodily harm, etc… bringing about family disputes worry’s and anxieties.
In Romans 8 we have 6 solutions to eliminate this stress:

1. there is not any condemnation for our sins and mistakes (Romans 8:1),
2. we are free from sin and the law of death (Romans 8:2),
3. we have received God as Daddy and became heirs (Romans 8:14-18),
4.  all things work together for our good (Romans 8:28),
5. God is now on our side no matter what, and nothing on the opposing side can win (Romans 8:31),
6. no tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, nakedness, peril or danger can alter any of these things God has done for us (Romans 8:35).

So, what do you think? With God on our side like this, how can we lose? If God didn’t hesitate to put everything on the line for us, embracing our condition and exposing himself to the worst by sending his own Son, is there anything else he wouldn’t gladly and freely do for us? Should we allow the causes of stress to take hold of us in any manor or fashion?

Patience, The Stress Eliminator

The bible tells us to let Patience have its perfect work, that we can be perfect and complete.(James 1:4) If you will consider the things that are testing your patience as actual supporting blocks, to give God time to help solve your anxieties, then you can see patience as the tool God is sending you to be complete and not lacking in anything.

Beloved, God’s generosity from His heart is much more than you could think, hope or ask. God wants to make you successful in all that you do, supernaturally, without you feeling the stress of having to do it all yourself. When you step into God’s system and away from the world’s system, you are in a different mode of operation. You must see yourself free, as God says you are. This faith activates God’s Power in your life. The root causing you any problems have been dealt with, and trust in God will bring to pass the freedom from stress that you need. So sit back, relax, and tell your heavenly Daddy you trust Him to help you. Then be of good courage, He shall strengthen your heart. (Psalm 31:24)
