When Something Is Troubling You Use Jesus Name
Philippians 2:10
… at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,
In Jesus Name Demons Must Leave
In 1987 my wife, daughter, a friend named Ken and I were on our way home from a meeting. We stopped at a convenience store to get something to drink. There was a man there who was demon possessed. To read how Jesus name worked for delivering him from demons click HERE.
At the name of Jesus the demons who were plaguing Roosevelt had to leave. It was very much the same in the Bible when demons were cast out in Jesus name and left people. That is exactly what happened when a demon-possessed man saw Jesus. The demons in him, who were called Legion (for there were many of them), not only begged Jesus not to torment them, but they also fled when Jesus commanded them to go. The man was left whole, healed and in his right mind. (Luke 8:26-35)
Lay Hands On The Sick In Jesus Name
Jesus was matter-of-fact when He said: “Embrace this God-life. Really embrace it, and nothing will be too much for you.” (Mark 11:23-24)
Jesus said: “Go into the world. Go everywhere and announce the Message of God’s good news to one and all. (Mark 16:16-18)
Jesus said: “These are some of the signs that will accompany believers: They will throw out demons in my name, they will speak in new tongues, they will take snakes in their hands, they will drink poison and not be hurt, they will lay hands on the sick and make them well.” (Mark 16:16-18) Who can argue with Jesus? He is the one that said these things…
I have experienced many of these things that Jesus has said in my life. I have laid my hands on the sick, and in Jesus name have seen them recover. Beloved, if your child is sick, lay hands on them and say, “In Jesus name be healed, cough stop in Jesus name, fever stop in Jesus name.” If there is strife and confusion say, “strife and confusion leave in Jesus name.” Whatever is troubling you, if it has a name, it must bow to the name of Jesus! It is not who you are that makes the difference, it is Whose you are and the Name that is above every name. His Name is what makes the difference… the name of Jesus!
